Robin McCoy
Robin’s Nest Desserts and Catering opened its doors in Old Town Temecula in 2011...I began teaching culinary-baking at Oak Grove Center, in Murrieta, CA, in 2013. We started in the home ed classroom, graduated to the kitchen in the cafeteria, and then opened in January 2019 our very own bakery in Old Town Temecula at the Truax Building. The progression of the program is a testimony of the hearts dedicated to changing the lives of foster care and at-risk youth.
I am currently the Director of Culinary Programs and Executive Pastry Chef. We specialize in all baked items, including special diet baked items like gluten-free, vegan, low sugar, etc.
I also continue to actively work as the visionary and founding member of Women Organizing Women, Inc. my other love is supporting women in underserved communities. I believe as women business owners especially, we should utilize all platforms to assist other women who have the desire to become entrepreneurs. Especially those women who are less fortunate.
Women Organizing Women provides tools, training, and resources through our annual women outreach as well The Lydia Market Place - Coffee and Devotion monthly networking platform for women to build relationships. Women Organizing Women is excited to say we have expanded this outreach to Africa and India with 4 Chapters in the US.
