Her work especially focuses on women rebuilding their lives, at-risk and foster youth, adults and children with disabilities, and individuals facing barriers to employment.

Raneshia Duncan

Pastry Chef

A native of San Diego, Raneshia credits her grandmother for her passion of baking.  Growing up with 4 brothers and 3 sisters, during the holidays everyone had a job and hers was baking.  Subsequently after years of baking in the home, Raneshia decided to follow her passion by furthering her education in the culinary industry.  After graduating from the institute of kitchens for good, Raneshia rolled up her sleeves and got straight to work taking jobs at fine dining establishments and banquet halls.  Raneshia hopes to travel the world experiencing fine desserts and teaching the younger generation the beauty in the culinary community.
